The sanctuary has been planned in the lines of sanctuary of Nanda Maharaj (Krishna’s dad), in Vrindavan. Like a standard family it has a chariot for development, a store space for milk (Doodhghar), a store space for betel (Paanghar), a store space for sugar and sweetmeats (Mishrighar and Pedaghar), a store space for blossoms (Phoolghar), a stable for ponies of chariot (Ashvashala), a drawing room (Baithak), a gold and silver crushing wheel (Chakki).

The Nathdwara sanctuary has auxiliary sanctuaries committed to divinity Madan Mohan and Naveet Priya, situated in the primary complex.
